YORKVILLE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT PERJURY AND TREASON

THERE IS ALWAYS AN EXCUSE FOR IT. BUT WHEN I FIND THE REASON I STILL CAN'T GET USED TO IT.
YORKVILLE OBSTRUCTS JUSTICE
Up until last month I believe - there Is a date on domy screen shot and it would not be the latest one - Mr Jenks was listed on the Yorkville Capital Management website. They have and therefore is no reason to believe that they will not continue to, commit perjury and obstruct justice.

YORKVILLE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, NEW YORK LIES TO COURT

Apparently the man they acknowledged on their site as their Chief Global Strategist does not work for them nor has he ever done so

Betrayed by US Court - again

After five years of litigation I have not been able to resolve this case. I have done my utmost to access legal aid - the evidence is in my email box. But that has not been received. It is because of my lack of resources that Mr Jenks has been able to behave with impunity. For the same reason the US Court officials have been allowed callousness. It is this lack of resources as an immigrant from Africa that has and will force me to keep fighting and exacerbates the feelings of betrayal I have at the US courts sadistic acceptance of perjury.

Logically, if I can't afford legal representation then similarly I can't afford other things I deem necessary for my sons well being which he should not need to go without given the financial status of his father.

The US Court has never served the best interests of my child.

Important

This court case did not proceed in the best interests of the child. The defendant was granted the freedom to disenfranchise his son. The Washington dc Court transcript was blatantly ignored. What successive judges have done was to legitimise perjury when it involves child rights.

Please America! It is child rights that matter not your state to state identity crisis

(it is still uncertain - after five years - where the defendant resides. He is employed in New York but retired in South Carolina. In the meantime his child grows up without sufficient support. Please note dates on communications.  Asking to dismiss the case on the grounds of state the day before the hearing? You have no shame. It should not have been tolerated. At the time the child was resident in Zimbabwe (the land of his mother's birth} it was internationally known that Zimbabwe was in crisis. The best interests of the child were not served.
